Aristotle said “we’re what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit.”

Note that “we’re what we do” not “what we want to do.” As we all know, the road to hell is paved with good intentions.

Every moment, we’re in the process of becoming. We impregnate our brain with the power to always make us do things even unconsciously through habits. Our habits determine whether we’re ever going to get what we want or not. Improving our habits, then, is necessary for success.

Rome wasn’t built in a day, so it’s certain success won’t come easily. But we can fast track our success by improving our habits.
Jack Canfield believes that if you develop four successful habits every year, you won’t have a better last year.

I believe also that if you want to get success faster, you need to match your desires with the principle to which your success is tied, develop the habits necessary to get what you want.
What new habit do you know that if you acquire or possess will help you succeed faster?
Acquire a new habit!
