3 Confirmed Dead ln Delta Communal Clash

A communal clash between Owhawha and Okwagbe communities in Ughelli South Local Government Area of Delta State has claimed three lives.

 

It was learnt that the clash between both communities broke out on Thursday yesterday the 28th of October, 2021.

The two communities that share common boundaries have been living peacefully until recently. However, the cause of the crisis is yet unknown at the time of filing this report.

 

When contacted, the spokesperson for the Delta State Police Command, DSP Bright Edafe, confirmed the development but, was quick to add that sanity has been restored.
