A 36 year old woman, Bilkisu and her husband Nafiu Yusuf, are currently cooling their heels in one of the cells of the Adamawa State Police Command over allegation of kid#napping.

Bilkisu, a mother eight of Sangere in Yola South LGA, was arrested for allegedly aiding and abetting crime, while her husband was apprehended for abd#uction.

The accused and her husband, who were nabbed by the operatives of the command, were among the 27 suspects paraded by the Commissoner of Police, S.K Akande, on Wednesday.

The woman was nabbed following the arrest of her husband in connection to crime who eventually led the operatives to his residence for a search.

She was also accused of hiding an AK-47 riffle which her husband uses in perpetrating crime.
