The Igbolands Premier Pageant, Adandiigbo Cultural Pageant that conscientiously seek to pick the most beautiful and cultured Igbo girls is in its 15th season.

 

According to its organising committee lead by Mazi Onyechere MacRobinson Anele, the Season 15 of Adandiigbo will be held on the 13th of December, 2019 at All Seasons Hotel, Owerri, Imo State.

 

The Adandiigbo Beauty Pageant is aimed at building bridges across ethnic nationalities as well as groom young Igbo maidens on the path of a social reawakening.

 

Speaking on the event, Mazi Anele advised that Igbos should value what they have as a people – their rich cultural heritage and language.

 

Anele also thanked the organisations supporting the 2019 edition – Entraco, Bartenders, Lance Group and All Seasons Hotel, calling on others to follow this exemplary act.

 

Our heritage should make us proud. Igbos are not fraudsters nor do we tolerate immorality, keeping this ante should be a priority,” he said.

 

The Adandiigbo cultural pageant is a modern day Igbo pageantry, a genre that has overtaken orthodox pageantry in the east and created the urge to learn Igbo language and culture of the Igbo by the girl child – our mothers of tomorrow.

 

This is its 15th edition and it will start by 5pm with award of recognitions to young Igbo people that have excelled in their various aspects of life.
