C.O.P. & Nnanna Wachukwu(1986)4 NWLR (Pt.36) 473 SC; Case Suit No.ID/329M/2006, between Mr. Isaiah Adewale and Inspector General of Police & 3 others; Case Suit No.FHC/L/CS/994/09; Amokeodo v. I.G.P. & Ors.(2001) FWLR 801, (1999)6 NWLR (Pt. 607) 467, against your agencies and it’s agents with many others like “ULUBA v. SILLO(1973)1 SC.37 AT 55-56, Ajuwa v. Odili(1985)2 NWLR(Pt.9)710 SC; Sewoniku v. Orotiosakin(1986)3 NWLR (Pt.30) 597 CA; Case Suit No.SC.48/1999, your lawless mentioned officers still refused to be a refined, resourceful and discipline Police Officers, but vice-versa in the country of law, not banana nation, we are completely demanded for their outright dismissal from the Nigeria Police Force (NPF) and referred them to the psychiatric centre for a thorough brain examination in view of their abnormal reaction, which is reminiscent of a sociopath…”If need be get them treated”.

 

Moreover, in compliance with professional Juristic legal advice and pronouncement of Hon. Justice late Kayode ESO (as then was) in the case of Ransome Kuti v. Attorney-General of the Federation (1985) 2 NWLR (Pt.6) 211, 229-230, with the case of Saude v. Abdullai (1989) 4 NWLR (Pt.116) 387, 418-419.

And in accordance with the word of James Jefferson, who say’s … “all tyranny needs to gain a foothold, is for the people of the good conscience to remain silent”, it is on this note that the CENTRE for Human Rights and Social Justice (CHRSJ) will never renege in our crusading fervor in fighting injustice, nepotism, nonsensical criminality mentality of local/environment notorious attackers and any other crime Perpetrators, mediocrity, abuse of office’s, Power inttorsication, political manipulation, violation of fundamental Human Rights, skullduggery and other vices that are bedeviling our independent country, societies and it’s authentic Citizens.

 

As the “CHRSJ” Properly and absolutely discovered this series of discreapancies with porncarturious competitious laconic lacunal from the side of all the defendants of this petition, based on our organization’s independent Investigative research with authentic evidences to prove this matter beyond the reasonable doubt in any where in the whole world and any competent offices with it’s jurisdiction that mean for this type of matters/offences against it’s Perpetrators, and to authenticate the veracity of empherical reports before you and your reputable office Panel/Committee of enquiry to this bitter complaints of the victims and Petitioners.

 

In view of this make us to have a strong notion that your reputable offices intervention is imperative and inevitable at this material time in the cases of this victims/ complainants of this Petition, since all the intervention of the former Police officers and other government officials that had been done were not yield the successful results, as the all were on vain with fruitless, due to the overweight and overwhelming capacity of these allegedly notorious attackers/ defendants of this Petition with the support of their mentioned godfathers and friends in crime at “Alagbon FCID, Ikoyi-Close, Lagos-Nigeria” conspiracy, compromised and absolutely contravening the etiquette of their profession, which make them failed woefully to perform professionally in line of professionalism, which it’s advisable to your office for absolute prepare for the next investigative panel to this matter well, in order to let them perform professionally in line of professionalism as a Professional in their Profession, been an absolute trained Professors of Police Force.

 

As we count on the powerful capabilities of your good offices to expedite the necessary action in a jiffy and also wish to inform your office that guided by the law of the land that the Complainants, Victims and Petitioners are ready to substantiate all the allegations raised and leveled against all the defendants in this Petition letter, whenever we are called upon to do so.
