Anambra 2021: Court nullifies PDP Anambra super Delegate lists
The faction of Chief Ndubuisi Nwobu has obtained an order of the FCT high court Abuja which nullified the list the Super delegates released by the NWC of PDP.
The order was gotten late last night in a suit filed by one Akaeze Ugochukwu Vincent, who claims to be the Youth Leader of PDP elected at the December 4 state congress.
According to the court order, the court restrained PDP from conducting the governorship primaries today with the Super delegates list.
The court ordered that PDP conduct governorship primary election with the list of statutory delegates contained in exhibit 3 produced from the wards, LGAs and state executive committees elected at the congress held on November 25, 2017, December 1 and December 4, 2017.
The court gave a perpetual injunction restraining PDP from using any other statutory delegate list to conduct the governorship primaries other than the one contained in exhibit 3.
It equally restricted PDP from acting on any other list from anyone else other than the one contained in the order.
Finally, the order reinstated the judgement which recognized Ndubuisi Nwobu as the state chairman of PDP.
This order came late at night yesterday.
