ANAMBRA 2021: DOCTOR GODWIN MADUKA THE EDUCATIONIST

Dr. Godwin Maduka is a world-class medical practitioner and billionaire, admired across Anambra and abroad.

He single-handedly transformed his hometown Umuchukwu into a modern city and crowned it with the construction of the tallest building in Igboland (an advanced medical research and training institute).

Undoubtedly, Dr. Maduka is a frontline aspirant for Anambra State governorship position come 2021 on the platform of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP).

Expectedly, a well-rounded candidate of his pedigree and the one to beat will always be in the limelight of everyone: the electorates, politicians, newsmakers and the entire media community. No wonder he has been trending of recent on all the social media platforms.

The erudite Professor of Medicine has never hidden his noble intention to bring education closer to the people that need it most.

Dr. Godwin Maduka is advocating for an education policy that helps beneficiaries to grow and achieve their full potential and contribute to the development of the society.

The game-changer and a breath of fresh air plans to consciously educate the teeming youths and enhance human capital development and security in Anambra.

His policy on practical education would be methodically and purposely executed in such a way that each of the local governments would be provided with the right education and skills impartation that will help recipients to exploit the full benefits of their local economies.

This laudable policy has comparative advantages because Anambra is a colourful and diverse state with huge potential in commerce, manufacturing, education, agriculture, film production, import and export across the Sahel region etc.

Doctor Godwin Maduka (a triple professor with first-rate educational background and a prudent manager of people and resources) has no reputation for wasting scarce resources or space for retrogressive and obnoxiously backward leadership.

As good governance from Doctor Godwin Maduka beckons, Ndi-Anambra must keep their eyes on the ball and this is definitely no time to allow detractors to hoodwink them.

Now is the time to ask for scorecards: What tangible thing have other governorship aspirants done for Ndi-Anambra in the last two decades to qualify them?

Doctor Godwin Maduka has proven not just in words but in verifiable deeds that he can bring progressive changes and monumental developments in Anambra State if given the opportunity to serve, and will run a responsive government with a human face in response to the yearning of the masses.

No doubt, recent events are a clear testimony that the forthcoming election is all about him and others, and he is very grateful for the growing support from every quarter.

He has the best interest of Ndi-Anambra at heart and the right exposure as well as intellectual capacity to govern effectively and efficiently. He is ready!
