Ahead of primary election in Anambra State Dr. Godwin Maduka of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) have emerged victorious in online voting.
Dr. Godwin Maduka defeated, Uche Ekwunife, Valentine Ozigbo, Obiora Okonkwo, Charles Chukwuma Soludo, Godwin Chukwunaenye Ezeemo, Ifeanyi Ubah and others in the virtual Poll.
The online poll conducted by an Independent News Media based in Nigeria with a consortium of political experts based overseas shows the foremost governorship aspirant Dr. Godwin Maduka scoring 72% (264 votes) to emerge the winner while Valentine Chineto Ozigbo of PDP came second in the viral online poll with 5% (20 votes).
Here is the breakdown of votes polled by aspirants in the online voting:
1. Dr. Godwin Maduka (PDP) leads with 72% (264) votes
2. Valentine Ozigbo (PDP) 5% (20) votes
3. Prof.Charles Soludo (APGA) 5% (19) votes
4. Dr. Chidozie Nwankwo ( APC) 4% (16) votes
5. Sen. Dr. Patrick Ifeanyi Uba (YPP) 3% (11) Votes
6. Chris Azubogu (PDP) got 2% (8) Votes
7. Senator Uche Ekwunife (PDP) got zero % with a total score of (11)votes
8. Dr. George Moghalu (APC) 0% (2)votes
9. Andy Ubar (APC) 0%
10. Dr. Tony Nwoye (PDP) 0% (3)votes
11. Chuma Nzeribe (PDP) 0% after (2)votes
12. Dr.Ifedi Okwenna (PDP) 4%(16) votes
13. Paul Orajiaka (APC) 0% (1) vote
14. Godwin Ezeemo (PDP), Johnbosco Onunkwo (APC), Nnenna Elendu (PDP) and Okwudili Eze Nwankwo got zero (0)votes.
This virtual voting has confirmed without doubt that Dr. Godwin Maduka, a triple Professor from Harvard University is the preferred candidate to be the next Governor of Anambra State.
Among all the aspirants which cuts across the political parties, namely, PDP, APGA, APC AND YPP etc Dr. Godwin Maduka is the most educated, most connected, the richest, highly urbane, committed, sincere and result oriented personality.
This time around Ndi Anambra has stated categorically that they will vote for Dr. Godwin Maduka based on his enviable track records.
