Ahead of 2021 Gubernatorial elections in Anambra State, High Chief Akachukwu Sullivan Nwankpo KSJI has become the first aspirant to declare his intention and interest to run for the State top job under the platform of APGA.

While addressing the State Working Committee of the APGA party on Wednesday, the Prestigious Baze University Abuja trained lawyer declared that his intention to run for office of the Governor was borne out of his undying love for fatherland; and his mission statement is to put the Anambra families first.

Also in his address, he noted that his other intention is to give Anambra State functional urban cities and rural communities where things work well. Anambra where Streets are clean, roads are without potholes and unlawful obstructions, neighbourhood’s are safe, gutters flow, and waste are properly disposed; Anambra where towns are connected with adequate roads and rural roads are protected from erosion and gullies.

He said, “I am inspired by the courage and achievements of all the leaders who have charted the path of development for our great State in time past and present, most especially HE, Governor Willie Mmaduaburochukwu Obiano who with the construction of the Anambra Multi- Purpose International Cargo Airport and the International Conference Centre will open up Anambra citizens and businesses to the world in a manner never imagined before. Akpokuedike’s stride in the welfare of civil Servants in the State and the security of life and property has given us an enabling environment for sustainable development of the state.

“I am further inspired by the ideology and Philosophy of our great party APGA which has made Anambra State the fulcrum and homeland of Igbo survival and growth both in Nigeria and the world at large.

Declaring further, the Governorship aspirant said he will be a true party man in the real definition of the word by submitting himself to the decisions of the party at all times.

Having returned to Anambra to live more than a year ago “Oputaifeadi” insists that the ideology of the All Progressives Grand Alliance holds the best for the long-term benefits of the great indigenes and residents of Anambra State.

Nze Akachukwu Nwankpo KSJI who co-authored the Peace and Security Strategy (PASS) for Shell Companies in Nigeria together with WAC Global Services is the only Guber Aspirant on the platform of APGA to declare his intentions before the State Working Committee.

The Okija Native who was born in Ozubulu, a conflict resolution expert and founder Sullivan and Sullivan Consulting Limited is believed to have the solid backing of Major Anambra South Stakeholders and other serious political players across other zones in the State.
