Over an allegation of fraud, sabotage and abuse of zoning formula, Chris Uba and others others have called for the exit of Peter Obi from the Peoples’ Democratic Party (PDP).
The recent political bastinado facing the former governor of Anambra state, Chief Peter Obi in PDP has not only attracted concern nation wide but has also beginning to question his membership of the party.
In what could be described as shameful, deceitful and character assassinating, Obi was alleged to have collected 500 millions as a bargaining power to determine who flies the PDP tickets in Anambra state governorship poll come 2021.
According to Chief Chris Uba , Eselu Aguata who was quoted to have said that Chief Peter Obi was never a card carrying member of PDP in Anambra state, for him Obi is a business man who believes that every thing is business.
Chief Uba added that the party has concluded plans to expel Chief Peter Obi from the party on the ground of fraudulent behaviors, sabotage and abuse of certain principles which the party is known for including zoning.
In her reaction, the senator representing Anambra central in the Senate, Uche Ekwunife furiously narrated how Obi has suddenly and instantly started romancing with Dr. Godwin Maduka and collected over 500 million naira from him with a promise for the 2021 gubernatorial tickets.
In their separate reactions, the political gladiators in PDP of Anambra extraction are of the view that not only that Dr. Godwin Maduka is a drug Lord but, he is a drug addicts and wondered why such an uncordinated man could be allowed to fly PDP tickets in Anambra at a time when the world is looking for a decent, articulate and meticulous leaders.
As at the time of this report, all efforts made to reach Obi or his media aids proved abortive as they refused to take call.
In the main time, the leadership of the PDP in the state are currently organizing a state wide protest to demand for the immediate sack of Chief Peter Obi from PDP as according to them that is the only panacea to return PDP to the part of greatness and progress.
