Anambra State: Stella Oduah steps down for Chinedu Emeka

Shocking announcement from Anambra North on Friday, 3rd August, as House of Senate aspirant, Princess Stella Adaeze Oduah steps down for Dr. Chinedu Emeka.

This information was released through the Director for Media and Publicity of Oduah 2019, Mr. Eneh Victor Chigozie, on Friday.

According to Mr. Victor, this is due to a long time agreement made by both parties.

“In 2011 Prince Emeka was asked by APGA hierarchy to step-down for the candidates from Onitsha / Ogbaru zone in the interest of zoning.”

“In 2015 Dr. Emeka also stepped down for for the candidates of Onitsha / Ogbaru zone to complete the zoning arrangement for the zone which Oduah is enjoying today.”

“Senator (Mrs) Margery Okadigbo is from Onitsha and was elected into the Senate in 2011 which Oduah shall be completing 2019.”

“Therefore the turn of Ndi Onitsha /Ogbaru zone has elapsed while that of Ndi Omambala shall begin in 2019.”

Eneh’s position was inline with the political permutations contained in a post  made by Comr. Okagbue Dominic where he stated in clear terms how the zoning formula in Anambra north operates.

With Oduah backing out of the race in the interest of zoning, Dr. Chinedu Emeka and few others shall now battle for the APGA ticket in Anambra north.
