The August edition of Rowe with Edaoto held on Thursday, 4th August at Freedom Park, Lagos, was interesting with so much comparisons.
The most prominent comparison was on hip-hop and afro. A hip-hop addict will sit all day watching this energetic performance.
It was double celebration as Crown Troupe International, one of the most popular and travelled troupe in Nigeria, clocked 20.
The evening started with interesting and energetic performance by Edaoto, followed by Daniella,. Simi Jay’s, “Mundia” got lovers freshly in love , followed by Afrogenius, who got a new name, “Mr Wiggle in the middle”. And finally the performance by Brymo, got everyone singing along.
The Rowe with Edaoto is a show by Edaoto held monthly to entertain lovers of afro music and freelance music lovers.
I case you come across this show someday, don’t be a novice, when you hear “And my name is”, just respond “Édáòtó”.
