APC Names Senate Principal (See names and positions)

The All Progressives Congress (APC) has named its Principal officers for the 9th Senate.

As zoned by the party, the majority leader to the North Central, Deputy Majority Leader to the South West while the South East got the Chief Whip and North West got Deputy Chief Whip.

Names and positions are as follows:

Senator Abdullahi Adamu from Nasarawa state – Senate Leader


Senator Ajayi Boroffice, representing Ondo north – Deputy Senate Leader.


Senator Orji Uzor Kalu from Abia State – Chief whip


Senator Yahyah Abdullahi from Kebbi state emerge – Deputy Senate Chief whip.

The party has not named the leadership of the green chamber.
