Fresh facts emerge this morning to show that the people who hatched the appointment of Acting Chairman were clever by half. The appointment is illegal and therefore null and void.

As at this morning, the Acting Chairman has not been issued with any letter of appointment except the purported letter circulating on the social media. He has no original copy of appointment letter. Likewise the Chairman asked to step aside has not been served.

Typically, the removal of the Chairman can only be done by the NEC and no meeting was held in the last one month due to the lock down.

There are indications that the signature of the National Secretary was forged due to the very obvious and apparent signature inconsistencies in the purported letter been circulated in the social media.

Investigation has revealed that the National Chairman of the Party is under intense pressure to validate this obvious illegality.

Finally the purported letter cited a non existent petition against the Chairman by his colleagues which could not be produced at both State and National level.
