The entire members of the State Working Committee of the Peoples Democratic Party, Osun State Chapter  express our sincere appreciation to the entire members of our great party at all levels for their support before, during and after the South West Zonal rally of our great party hosted by our State Chapter under the able leadership of our  Chairman, Hon. Olasoji Clement Adagunodo, FNIQS, especially for your faith and belief in our ability to hold a successful rally that drew out a tumultuous and mammoth gathering of people who are desperately yearning for change due to an excruciating dehumanizing regime of unprecedented impunity in history being led by Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola.

We are not unaware of the intimidating stance of certain politicians whose political strength and self exclaimed capabilities have nose dived a long time ago that finally landed in the pit of malnourished fortune on the day of the South West rally, despite all intimidation, social media harassment, blackmail, persuasion, threats and serialized lies, you all stood your ground and jointly supported the course of reality, people’s voices and wishes. Your sincerity of purpose and undaunted loyalty remains the only rudder stick that steered the ship of our great party to the safe harbour.

We will implore you to put in more efforts ahead of a successful and victorious governorship election which is the ultimate goal of all our struggles.

All national officers and leaders of our great party led by Prince Uche Secondus, all PDP governors led by Dr. Ayodele Fayose of Ekiti State, the South West Zonal officers of PDP led by Dr. Eddy Olafeso, our leaders and members from Osun State led by Baba Suaib Afolabi Oyedokun, the state working committee led by Hon. Olasoji Adagunodo fully appreciate and give kudos to you all.

Everybody that supported the rally morally, financially, spiritually and in cash and kind, we appreciate you all.

All our gubernatorial aspirants and their supporters who have been contesting the governorship election as one family, devoid of rancour, acrimony, violence or sponsored intrigues, we appreciate you all and beg you in the name of Almighty God to allow the existing peace to reign supreme before, during and after your primary which will select “ONLY ONE” out of you all in a free, fair, credible and most transparent process.

We are not unaware of sinister moves from several camps who have been calling some of you with intention of creating division among us but we thank God for your wisdom and scientific intelligence in responding and throwing their antics into the dustbin.

We, as the major umpire, however, promise that as God Almighty lives, we shall make sure that there is no special treatment or preferential treatment for anybody because we want absolute peace and unity that will not let anyone feel cheated.
