Bashir Ahmad, Personal Assistant to President Muhammadu Buhari on New Media has tightened his belt to fight hatred via Twitter.
In a tweet on Thursday 26th, Ahmad said his “tweets will no longer be a place for spreading hatred”.
He added that “IFB & ads will be tailored.”
His tweet reads –
Henceforth, the comment section of my tweets will no longer be a place for spreading hatred, insults or disunity among our ethnic groups. Criticisms, in any guise, will be tolerated. IFB & ads will be tailored, but any tweep promoting hatred, insults and disunity will be BLOCKED.
