A witness who gave his name simply as Jonah, said the deceased was drunk and on his way back to his home when the man whose genital was allegedly stolen accused him of being responsible for the act.

Jonah further explained that the community people on hearing the matter insisted that the accused should restore the stolen genitals because it was not the first time he was being accused of such crime.

“The pressure on the deceased was much so I think that was why he ran away to the school classroom and hanged himself. His body was discovered this morning (Monday),” the witness added.

According to DailyTrust, when contacted, the Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), Catherine Anene, said she was not yet aware of the matter.
