Hon. Alhaji Chief Abdul-Sobur Olayiwola Adisa Olawale aka Omititi who represented Mushin 11 constituency in the Lagos State legislative Assembly from 2015 till November 15, 2022 was born on March 12, 1964 in Siki’s compound , Ijemo, Abeokuta. His parents were Late Pa Abdul-Lateef Olawale Sodalubi and Late Madam Suwebat Akanke Sodalubi.

He had his elementary education at St Peter’s Anglican school Ake, Abeokuta between 1971-1976. For his secondary education, he attended Nawair-Ud-Deen Grammar School Obantoko Abeokuta between 1976-1981.

Few months after completing his secondary education his two parents sadly passed in quick succession of few months intervals. Despite being an orphan he was never deterred from seeking future value addition. He was undaunted and dared life challenges. His determination to have higher education made him to approach one Late Chief F. A. Jolaoso ( renowned land surveyor and an entrepreneur in Abeokuta). The Chief engaged him as a clerk in his Fajol hotel at Obantoko Abeokuta. With the little savings he made and assistance from his uncle , Pa Sulaiman Akanni Oyegunle aka Baba Teacher, he applied and got admitted into the Ogun State College of Education, OSCE ( Now known as Tai Solarin College of Education-TASCE), Ijebu-Ode in 1982. His three years sojourn at OSCE was remarkably distressful but he endured and graduated along with his course mates in 1985.  BIOGRAPHY OF HON. ABDULSOBUR OLAYIWOLA OLAWALE aka OMITITI

He began teaching job with Ogun State teaching service Commission in 1986 at Ajebo Community High School Ajebo. His Principal then was Mr Bodunrin who had earlier taught him literature-in- english at Nawair-Ud-Deen Grammar School.

He also attended the Lagos State University ( LASU) for a post graduate degree in Public Administration ( MPA).

Not satisfied with his engagement as a teacher, Olayiwola took an unusual but bold decision to resign from the Ogun state teaching service Commission in the early 1990s. He did this even when he had no job offer anywhere. He defied all persuasions, packed his belongings and headed for Lagos. Only him saw what others didn’t see. He arrived Lagos and went to the house of another uncle of his, Late Alhaji Salisu Ayinde Balogun, who gave him a room to live in. As man of honour and integrity, he never wanted to depend on anyone, thus he enrolled to learn and began the trade of plank, sand and granite merchandising. He later metamorphosed to being a property developer and later, a hotelier.
