BEFORE YOU CRITICIZE THE NORTHERNERS FOR GETTING JUICY APPOINTMENTS, BLAME YOUR SOUTHERN LEADERS FIRST.

You surprised and annoying that Northerners are occupying mostly every juicy post and getting more appointments than the Southerners, ask yourself, maybe the Southerners have the Unity and Love the Northerners are showing to their people.

Is it not the same Southerners especially the Yorubas that are only good at writing petitions against one another just to bring their fellow Man down all in the name of hatred or is it not the same friends from the South that loves to block any available connections that would lead to the progress of his brother?

As much as love and Unity are still absent in our coven, then the Northerners would continue to enjoy the best of Nigeria and every therein. When last did your leaders at the Presidency or in the National Assembly roll out slots for their followers regardless of their Political parties and Religious belief?

We are only interested in speaking big grammars in the South while the Northerners are much more concern about how to empower their people, gives them any available suitable job positions and how to develop their lands. They are wiser and united than we do. The Northerners don’t care about qualifications but they only care about their dialect.

I have seen a situation where a Yoruba person occupying a key post in the affairs of government would rather sell job slots to another tribe than to give it out to his fellow tribe. Even at the lower Circle here as friends, the person you called your friend that functions as the HR of a particular company would prefer to give out any suitable job openings to outsiders rather than helping you to secure it because of unreasonable reasons best known to him or her.

The day we realised that Love and Unity are what we are lacking and that is very essential for our growth, then, that’s the moment we continue to experience progress in our regions and as individuals. Are you still wondering why our Southern Governors appoints most of their course mates and old friends from different tribes into their Cabinets? It’s simply because they value friendships over any other thing.

If I may ask, when last did you help your friends to advertise their hustle and promote their activities on social media? When was the last time you bring jobs opportunity to them? When was the last time you sort them or bring smiles to their face?

Before you crucified the Northerners for getting juicy appointments in Nigeria, blame your Southern people at the helm of Government. The wrongs and errors have been in the existence for so long and not now. Hold your former leaders accountable for these shortcomings because they once had these opportunities but they misused it. Only a few of them nowadays are doing the needful. May God bless those who have the interest of their people and friends in their heart richly. Amen.
