What is a Server?
According to the Google Dictionary,
A server is a computer or computer program which manages access to a centralized resource or service in a network.

The Card readers are devices that have to be connected to read and or write information.

The places these card readers are connected to are called server, cos they serve the clients which are in turn the Card readers.

Servers host information, clients get or put information – so for the card readers to be able to read finger print and card data, they have to (in split seconds) communicate with servers that host these information – name, chip info, and do a cross referencing with the fingerprint and polling unit-ward-lga-state to confirm association – If associated, you are confirmed legit, if not, it’s probably not you or network/server glitches.

The card readers don’t hold information, they connect to the servers that host these information.

So the talks of no server is rather too ignorant, false and misleading…
