The National Coordinator of Freedom Network Group Comrade Lukman O. Ahmed commiserates with the Executive Governor of Niger State, Alh. Abubakar Sanni Bello (Lolo), the family and the entire staff of Niger State Planning Commission over the death of Mallam Usman Musa Dallau (Permanent Secretary) of the Commission.

According to Comrade Lukman, “The deceased was Hardworking, Selfless, dedicated and passionate personality whose value will be greatly remembered.”

“The late Permanent Secretary had a progressive public career haven reached the pinnacle of Civil Service in Niger State.”

“I am deeply saddened by his demise but consoled that the deceased lived a good life and contributed his best to the Service of Niger State and Humanity.”

“I prayed to Almighty Allah to forgive him his shortcomings and make Al-Jannatul Fir’daus his final abode, as well give his family, friends, and staff of the Commission the fortitude to bear the loss.”
