The Presiding Magistrate, Senior Magistrate Abdullahi Ilellah, said the sureties must have verifiable addresses within the FCT.
Ilellah then adjourned the case to July 22nd for hearing.
Recall that Senator Elisha Abbo was on news last week on alleged assault of a nursing mother at an Abuja Sex Shop and later invited by the Nigeria Police for investigation and later arraigned at the Zuba Magistrate Court on Monday.
Senator Abbo, was arraigned on a one-count of assault after pleaded not guilty.
