Cultism: 1 Dead, Cars destroyed as cultists clash in Ebute Metta

One person reported dead, several cars destroyed and properties stolen as cult groups clash in Ebute Metta, Lagos state on Tuesday night, October 13.

Cultism: 1 Dead, Cars destroyed as cultists clash in Ebute Metta

Members of the cult groups at about 8pm, went about destroying every car parked on the streets in the area.

The fight started from Oko-Baba down to Free man street and others.

To clarify, members of the Ebute Metta End SARS movement have said the cultists are not part of them, adding that the fight stated between area boys.

The spokesperson of the state police command, Muyiwa Adejobi, says an official statement will be released today concerning the incident.
