Competence as defined by Oxford English dictionary is the ability to do something successfully and efficiently. This in a nutshell has been the storyline of Dr. Godwin Maduka’s history.

Dr Maduka, from Umuchukwu in Orumba South Anambra State rose from a very poor background to achieve a great feat, beyond the borders of Africa. He can be referred to as an ICON of COMPETENCE.

Though he Studied and works in the United States, he did not forget his root. This he demonstrated through his numerous philanthropic gestures to his community and the country at large.

Anambra needs a competent man to take over the mantle of leadership and a worthy son of the state Dr Godwin Maduka who exudes competence fits in. We can’t afford to gamble with our future.
