Mrs Evelyn Igbafe, a People’s Democratic Party (PDP) chieftain in Etsako Central Local Government area of Edo state is dead.
Her death was confirmed on February 1st in a statement signed by Dr Tony Aziegbemi, Chairman, PDP Edo state.
”The Peoples’ Democratic Party, PDP, in Edo State received the news of the passing of Mrs Evelyn Igbafe with shock and sadness.” It states.
”Mrs Igbafe was a dedicated, loyal and committed member of our great party. Her counsel was a blessing and added value to the development and growth of the party in not just in Etsako Central Local Government Area where she was a leader, but the whole of Edo state.
Mrs Evelyn Igbafe was snatched by the cold hands of death on Monday, January 31, 2022.
”We pray that God will grant her Family, Friends, associates, well wishers and members of PDP in Edo state and beyond the fortitude to bear this irreparable loss. We can only ask them to stay strong in this trying time.”
