Egunjobi Congratulates Governor Sanwo-Olu for One Year in office

Executive Chairman of Agege Local Government, Alhaji Ganiyu Kola Egunjobi (JP), has congratulated the Governor of Lagos State, Babajide Sanwo-Olu for his 1year in Office.

Ganiyu Egunjobi says “Lagosians today, have no regrets whatsoever voting” Gov. Sanwo-Olu into office.

Your Excellency Sir,

 

On behalf of my family, the Executive, Legislative, Management & Staff and residents of Agege Local Government, I heartily congratulate you on your one year in office as the Executive Governor of Lagos State and for the modest successes you have recorded over this period with your *THEMES* agenda for rapid development of the state in all sectors of the economy.

 

The second leg of my congratulatory message is premised on your courageous single-minded devotion to fight the marauding COVID-19 pandemic. Your astute leadership as the Incident Commander is highly commendable by Lagosians and the entire nation.

Lagosians today, have no regrets whatsoever voting you into office and are also optimistic that your years ahead as the Governor of Lagos State will take our dear state to an enviable height.

Meanwhile, the Governor while celebrating his 365Days in office honoured 10 frontline health workers who have committed themselves to our fight against COVID-19, saying “They represent the values and virtues that are important to us as a government.”

“As the epicentre of the outbreak in the country, so many sacrifices and strategic leadership happens at all levels of our health response team.”

“We are not out of the woods nor have we reached the peak, but we continue to work together in this fight against the virus,” Babajide Sanwo-Olu tweeted.

He also congratulated his Deputy, Obafemi Hamzat, whom he appreciated.

The worth of a man is measured by the company he keeps.
