Eminem and Dr. Dre Daughters have drags them to Public for interesting topics.
Eminem’s daughter Stevie seemingly accused the rapper of keeping her adoption a secret until after her biological father’s death.
Stevie, who goes by he/she/they, made the accusation in a TikTok video last week, according to the Daily Mail. The video has since been taken down.
Stevie’s biological parents are Eminem’s ex-wife Kim Scott and the late tattoo artist Eric Hartter. The two had Stevie during a break up between Scott and Eminem.
The “Lose Yourself” rapper adopted Stevie in 2005. Scott and Eminem got remarried in 2006, but divorced again later that year.
Stevie revealed in their TikTok video that when Hartter died in 2020 somebody sent them an article and they confronted their grandmother.
“I’m sorry they wouldn’t tell you about him,” Stevie recalled their grandmother saying.
Stevie came out as bisexual in 2017 and recently revealed they are nonbinary.
They made the announcement in a TikTok video.
Meanwhile, Dr. Dre’s estranged daughter LaTanya Young came forward and said she was financially struggling after he cut her off in January 2020. To help get on her feet, she has established a GoFundMe. Her goal is to raise $50,000.
“I think GoFundMe campaigns are for people in desperate situations and I’m in a desperate situation,” she told Daily Mail. “Some people were in awe of what I am going through and asked if I had a GoFundMe. I really don’t want to accept any handouts but I appreciate anything that is offered.”
Young, a mother of four, has been working a warehouse job that pays $15 per hour and also doing Uber Eats. She’s living out of her rental car and her children are staying with friends.
“I have worked all my life and I know how to work for money but I’m in a difficult place right now.”
Young, 38, was receiving a monthly allowance from her dad but when she began doing interviews about their strained relationship. She is his oldest daughter with his former girlfriend Lisa Johnson, whom he has two other daughters with. Johnson and the hip-hop mogul split when Young was five-years-old. She hasn’t seen her father in 18 years. She said that she can only communicate with him through his team. So far, she has raised $2,144 on her GoFundMe.
None of her children have ever met their grandfather.
“My kids are old enough to know who he is. They are in shock that he doesn’t want anything to do with them.”
Besides Young asking for financial assistance, the “Next Episode” rapper has to dish out cash to Nicole Young, who filled for divorce from his last year. Dr. Dre was recently ordered to pay his soon-to-be ex-wife temporary spousal support of almost $300,000 a month.
Dr. Dre is worth over $800 million.
