Fact File! Why Yorubas must respect Asiwaju Tinubu

If Tinubu wins the Election, may we not lose the Country

GIVE IT TO ASIWAJU!

“Yorubas are fast losing it, they hardly support themselves to grow economically, unlike the way the Igbos and the Northerners do to one another; they naturally rebel against their own kinsmen and they are fond of always standing and working against the survival of their leaders.

Little wonder, a chunk of the parts of the Yoruba land, resources and assets are now going away in terms of ownership to the people they play host to as their visitors. They are buying off Yoruba land right now. Why?! Since Yorubas hardly help themselves, they no longer have the economic power to do so.

Yorubas are selling off their properties in Yoruba land and their visitors are the ones, buying them from them, all because they are the ones, who have the raw cash to run things. Today, over 60% of our capital cities and main towns are gone.

The only man in today’s Yoruba land, still helping a lot of Yoruba people to grow and develop economically and expansively well, is Bola Tinubu, and may be, along with few other prominent and iconic financially endowed Yoruba individuals, who I may not easily remember their names here – He is the one very known and popular for that gesture!

So far, he has made a lot of Yoruba sons and daughters as well as Nigerians from other walks of life great through the wherewithal of his rare, benevolent and selfless attributes.

Remove Tinubu and Obasanjo from the National politics of the Yoruba nation in today’s Nigeria, what remains?!

Who else in Yoruba land can we count on or look up to politically?

Who else has built the kinds of political prominence, influence and clouts these two great, gracious and destined illustrious sons of the Yoruba clan in Nigeria have been able to built for the survival and relevance of the national politics of the Yoruba nation in Nigeria?!

Who else?!

Politics is like a warfare game, to continue to remain relevant in the contest, you must have the ability to build your own large and strong warriors of soldiers, supporters and followers. This is what Asiwaju dexterously has been working for over the many years.

And today, he is where he is. He has achieved it. He is now a political general lismo and a great commander of the political warriors in Nigeria’s political system of today.

May Asiwaju Bola Tinubu succeed; may he be what he deserves to be in 2023 and graciously live beyond the presidential project of that year and continue to excel as an arrow head Yoruba nation political leader in today’s Nigeria!

He worked for it; he has the wherewithal of ideal character to continue to be it.

Let’s give it to him!

He is a good man graciously blessed by God Himself.

Because we, the Yorubas, hardly stand for or help ourselves, so many of us no longer have the wherewithal of that necessary economic power and social capabilities to sustain it optimally anymore in our cities, the people of other ethnic nationalities we accommodate to co-hibit with us in our places are now the ones, buying up the juicy spaces in our main towns and cities, thereby unconsciously pushing us out to live like visitors in our suburb areas – just the way it is in today’s United Kingdom, Canada et cetera.

Yorubas are losing it, simply because Yorubas hardly help themselves. This is culturally who we are as a people.

Once a Yoruba man gets a good opportunity in any place, he self-centeredly shuts the door against his own people for God knows what reasons, but it is not so from our brothers from other parts of the country.

  • Yorubas are the enemies of the Yorubas. Asiwaju Bola Tinubu is not so”

Olukayode Salako.
