Falconets’ Goalkeeper, Chiamaka Awarded Player Of The Match

Following her impressive performance at the FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup match on Thursday, 9th August, between the Falconets of Nigeria and Haiti, Chiamaka Nnadozie, Nigeria’s goalkeeper, has been awarded ‘Player of the Match.’

Chiamaka was presented the certificate award after the 1-0 win of Nigeria, held at Saint Malo, France.

The goal was scored by Captain, Rasheedat Ajibade, Captain of the Nigerian team, a penalty kick during first half.
The Falconets have now secured three points and need at least a draw in final match of the group phase, scheduled for Monday, 13th August, against China PR, to pick a ticket for the quarter-final.
