FG and Labour strikes N30k agreement to stop strike.

The Organized Labour have suspended its fearful strike action set to start on Tuesday, 6th November after coming to a N30, 000 minimum wage agreement with the Federal Government on Monday, 5th November.

The suspension was anounced on Monday evening by the National Chairman of  Nigeria Labour Congress, Ayuba Wabba saying the decision to suspend the action was reached after agreements were reached and documents signed.

“Having reached this position and agreements signed, the proposed strike action is hereby suspended.”
