Fine body “Gorodom belly”… What to do man

 

One of the things I actually dislike so much is pot belly. Whenever I see men with this, I’m always like “How did you get here? And the tone of my voice is always more louder when I realised the man or guy has a great body physical structure but then, here come the “gorodom belly ” standing below his chest.

 

Forgive my manners, I like expressing myself the way it’s doing me.

 

Back to our article, I have met lot of handsome men, guys and middle age people who have nice body but the “Gorodom” below their chest is their problem. Let discuss how to fix this.

 

First fix your diet, I know some of my readers will say “Temi, why are you writing for men with nice body, well; I will write for men with bad body structure later”. In the meanwhile, let talk about this people who will end up like those with bad structure already.

1. Fix your diet.

As a food scientist, one thing I have noticed with Nigerians is we really body system is intolerant to certain food: a typical example, I’m intolerant to beans, too much lactose in milk and whenever I take this food, I may end up bloating and get my stomach inflated and which if continue with time, I will end up with big stomach.

You need to watch out for food that gives you this feeling; if you can do away with them , please do, and if you can’t… Try take them in interval and in bits.

 

2. Beer

I know men who take beer but do not have big stomach, a lot of people often associated beer with pot belly; which of course is true but the actual reason for pot belly is the fact that sugar in the beer which they consumed is not being digested out in time. So if you are someone who can’t do without beer, try and do one workout a week, let say; about hundred seat up or press up a week, which you can split into twenty per day.

 

3. Malnutrition

I have seen lot of wealthy slim young men with dangling Gordom below their chest, I used to work with a certain boss of mine before he left the country, he’s got nice physique but then “Gorodom “, so I spoke to him one day about because I’m concerned about his health.

He said he always like to eat at home, so after eating food at work he also make sure he eats at home; for those in this situation, you need to discipline yourself; get hold of yourself to always eat at home.

You can be wealthy and be malnourished most especially when you always eat outside; the truth is you can’t really trust what food seller cook, what they add and all.

 

Dr. Mercola said in one of his article

“A family that want to live healthy must make sure they eat fresh food, which is home cooked often”.

I’m sure he has performed enough research to arrive at that sentence.
