Football without the fans will be awkward – Plateau United Captain

Plateau United Captain, Elisha Golbe stated that having football return after the lifting of restrictions on contact sports by the Presidential task force will be awkward but that players understand that it is for their own good.

Golbe said it is really not complete when football is played without the fans but everyone understands the peculiar nature of the current time and will simply embrace the return of contact sports.

He stressed that playing without the fans will clearly be taking something away from the league.

Everyone is trying to adapt to the new normal caused by COVID-19.
