Gani Olaoluwa, a craftsman of destruction, Osun PDP’s albatross.

“Man is not what he thinks he is, he is what he hides.

When you think you are enough to drive a saint to madness or a king to his knees, when you think you can do and undo at will, playing God and not minding that you are a mere mortal, you are heading for destruction – like Pharaoh.

Gani Olaoluwa, a craftsman of destruction, Osun PDP’s albatross.

Like Pharaoh, Gani carried himself with so much “honour” and thought of himself as the lord of the People’s Democratic Party in Osun State. He tells lies, issues threats and is always fast to resort into blackmailing anyone who holds opinions that differ from his. This is why the supposed statesman is herein carefully regarded as a craftsman of destruction.

In his usual irresponsible and garage boy manner, archaic style of politics – of bitterness, hooliganism – and shameless posture, the beast in the former chairman of the Party rose it’s head again over the weekend.

Yesterday, Gani made another spurious claims declaring, “when I saw Adagunodo message notifying me that he has put my name on a reconciliation committee, I smiled and ignored. A reconciliation committee that has 35% of members on APC payroll, what could such committee achieve if not what their paymasters (APC) send them.”

As an individual and close observer who knows Gani in and out and understands his antics very well, I could not help but laugh at his shenanigans and sympathise with Osun PDP.

If Gani has any honour left in him, if he is what he thinks he is, if he is not a useless albatross and the greatest bane of the Party, he should waste no time in naming the 35% members of the reconciliation committee on the payroll of APC.

With a friend like Gani, one needs no enemy. The monster of deception, promoter of discord and agent of destabilisation whose dissimulation, propaganda and sleight of hand is killing the PDP detests peace so much.

Unfortunately for him, nobody has monopoly of political knowledge and experiences. In what confirms the saying, “when one with honeyed words but evil mind persuades the mob, great woes befall the state,” the same character leading a mob against Hon. Soji Adagunodo, making slanderous claims and writing libellous comment every now and then is now calling on the chairman to sacrifice his position for the Party to move forward.

This is understandable and should be seen as what it is – a political gibberish from a tactless personality! Gani belongs to the class of people who talk and think later. His kinds, in haste, react and talk, regret saying what they say and apologise later.

Gani should bury his head in shame if he could not put meaning to his latest claim. The craftsman of destruction, his boys and the desperate clowns playing God in the PDP must live with the reality that it is within the rights of Adagunodo to seek redress in the court of law after exploring all internal mechanism of the Party to no avail. They should pretend to be wise even though they are not and learn to react to issues accordingly. They should embrace peace or be ready to substantiate their lies against Adagunodo in the court of law bearing in mind that the temple of justice is not where spurious claims and unverifiable conjectures are entertained.

At best, they should learn from Adagunodo. The chairman has demonstrated capacity and rare leadership. His calmness and strategic handling of the crisis being spearheaded by Gani and his cohorts is legendary. He is far ahead of their machete, gun and deceptive politics and is showing class every inch of the struggle.”
