GOVERNOR BELLO LAUNCHES 5.6KM IDAH-AGENEBODE BRIDGE

The Kogi State Governor, Yahaya Bello, on Saturday, 26th October, opened the 5.6km Idah-Agenebode Bridge at Idah.



Performing the ceremony; the Governor was accompanied by The Deputy Speaker of the Fed House of Representatives, Rt Hon Ahmed Wase, Sani Abubakar Bello of Niger; Abdullahi Sule of Nasarawa; Mai Malla Buni of Yobe; Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq of Kwara and Barr M.A. Abubakar, former Governor of Bauchi State.

 

Talking on the completion of the bridge, Governor Yahaya Bello said the project will improve economic activities of the state and nation at large.



Also present at the event was Atta Igala and President of Kogi State Traditional Council, Dr Michael Idakwo Ameh Oboni II, amongst other traditional rulers.
