There was a mile drama in court today as the hired CSP Chris Endeley whom according to investigations is working for the 2nd defendant Pastor Umo Eno has admitted that he never investigated the December 1983 GCE WAEC result of Pastor Eno.
When asked by the Lead Counsel to the plaintiff, Mr. Okey Amaechi, SAN during the court cross examination said that he is not aware or never investigated the said result.
CSP Chris Endeley lied to the court that he was assigned by the Commissioner of Police to investigate a WAEC letter from Association for Advancement of Democracy in Nigeria (AADN) who wrote to confirm the authenticity of the WAEC certificate of the 2nd defendant said he never investigated the subject matter.
The court was thrown into laughter as the CSP conflicted himself during the cross examination.
With this attestation of CSP Chris, it’s believe that he was paid to carryout out the investigation and the order never emanated from the Commissioner of Police, Akwa Ibom State.
Meanwhile, the case has been adjourned to 14th October, 2022 for the adoption of final written addresses.
