Hon. Ray Emeama accuses APC of beating-up women with Thugs Imo State

The State Secretary, for the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), Imo State chapter, Hon. Ray Emeama, has accused APC of  using thugs to beat up women.

Addressing the media on Friday, Ray Emeama said that Uzodinma and the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Imo State were harassing and intimidating members of PDP, to the point of beating up women who were at the airport to receive the former deputy speaker of the House of Representatives.

“Honourable Ihedioha has to cancel his trip to Imo State because APC sponsored thugs beat up our women who were at the airport to receive him.”

“Knowing that the thugs could cause havoc in the state, Ihedioha in his wisdom had to cancel his trip because of his respect for the sanctity of life” he said.

The PDP scribe urged Nigerians to call Governor Hope Uzodinma and Imo APC to order, stressing that they should stop terrorising people with different political views.

He said that the claim by the APC that Ihedioha’s arrival into the state would cause chaos did not hold water, maintaining that Uzodinma should know that everybody must not be in APC.
