Hon Tonye Emmanuel met with leadership of the Niger Delta University

The Bayelsa state House Assembly led by the speaker of the 6th Assembly, Rt Hon Tonye Emmanuel Isenah met with the leadership Niger Delta University led by VC, Prof. Samuel G. Edoumiekumo, over the issues of students school fees.

 

The meeting was for extension of student school fees payment in which many have not been able t meet up with.

 

During the meting, house and University leadership agreed that the university authority extends its closing date of the school fees portal to the 1st week of October to enable parents meet up with payments.

 

The VC, Prof. Edoumiekumo, also announced that there is room for students to suspend studies (instead of loosing their admission) and return when they have their complete fees and continue studies from where they stopped.
