Britney Spears is enjoying her freedom. The 39-year-old superstar told her “army” — the loyal fandom which has been relentless in the movement to #FreeBritney — via Instagram that she’s “in paradise celebrating” and “having the time of my life.”
A day after her father, Jamie Spears, was suspended as the conservator of her estate, the pop star took to social media to commemorate the occasion with a slew of nude photos from her vacation with fiancé Sam Asghari.
The “Piece of Me” singer, who has spent the past 13 years under a conservatorship overseen by her father, Jamie Spears, revealed in a candid court hearing on June 23 that she wished for the conservatorship to end and for her father to be “punished” for his wrongdoing. On August 12, Jamie said he would agree to step down as her conservator, and on September 29, he was replaced as conservator by attorney John Zabel.
“A beautiful day here in paradise celebrating 🥳🏝☀️ !!!!!!” Britney captioned a video that showed footage of her and Asghari riding in a boat, before it cut to the singer splashing around in the water while wearing just a pair of red bikini bottoms and nothing else. In another photo dump from the couple’s trip, she modeled naked next to an outdoor tub in a variety of poses, and strategically placed pink flower emojis over her breasts and booty. “Playing in the Pacific never hurt anybody 😉💋🙊 !!!!” Britney wrote, before clarifying that she didn’t Photoshop the images. “Pssss no photo edits … the tub curves 😂😂😬😬 !!!”

The shedding of her clothing on her Instagram page feels like her throwing away the burdens the last 13 years of her father in control of her life. It’s like a weight has lifted off of her, so why not celebrate with a bunch of naked photos of her fit body? The 10-image carousel has the “Gimme More” singer in various stages of undress on the beach and the hotel bathroom. She covers up her nipples (sort of — her nipples do make a cameo appearance) on the deserted beach, and then carefully placed emojis over any area Instagram might censor on her fully nude bathroom photos.
In the comments section of the posts, fans were ecstatic to see Britney living her best life amid her recent courtroom victory. “Love seeing you so happy and free! 🥰🔥 You deserve it! 💯 Love you B😍,” Paris Hilton wrote, while another added, “Now this is a FREE Britney!” A third shared, “Britney used her first day of non-jamie conservatorship to post nudes and I’m inspired.”
Britney and Asghari haven’t revealed where they are on vacation, but it did require a prop plane to get to their location. She shared a video of what looked like a very secluded spot, which is likely why she’s free to run around naked without tourists or photographers chasing her down on the beach. And that’s exactly what Britney needs right now — freedom to do whatever she pleases. A source told People that the vacation was designed “to take the stress off ” and that “she’s happy with the result of the hearing.”
There are more legal steps ahead as Britney’s team will be back in court on Nov. 12 so the judge can decide whether to terminate the conservatorship altogether. In the meantime, CPA John Zabel has been temporarily appointed as head of her conservatorship through Dec. 31. But we love seeing the pop star so happy and she’s sharing that with all of us. “Having the time of my life here,” she said in her latest Instagram post.
Sharing a photo of a tree, the Crossroads actress wrote on Instagram, “Although there is change and things to celebrate in my life, I still have a lot of healing to do !!! Thankfully I have a good support system and am taking time to understand it’s ok to slow down and breathe !!!!! Only through self love I can pray … love … and support others in return !!!!”

I suggest if you have a friend that’s been in a house that feels really small for four months … no car … no phone … no door for privacy and they have to work around 10 hours a day 7 days a week and give tons of blood weekly with never a day off … I strongly suggest you go pick up your friend and get them the hell outta there !!!!! If you’re like my family who says things like “sorry, you’re in a conservatorship” … probably thinking you’re different so they can fuck with you !!!! Thankfully I found an amazing attorney Mathew Rosengart who has helped change my life 🌹!!!!
