4. Avoid coffee, tea, and chocolate, which have high caffeine. Alternate with Green tea since it has cancer fighting properties.
Drink clean water avoid Distilled water, it is acidic.
5. Avoid boredom, learn to be at least cheerful always. Cancer is a disease of the mind, body, and spirit. Stay proactive and positive always.
6. Get involved in daily exercise. Cancer cells cannot thrive in an oxygenated environment. Exercising daily, and deep breathing help to get more oxygen down to the cellular level. This is called Oxygen therapy. (come for my Karate/Kick-boxing classes).
