Good and dependable politicians are delighted to serve the voters and consider themselves as servants and voters their paymasters.

They represent the hopes, aspirations and the interests of every citizen in the state/Nation.

One of the ways to identify a good politician to consider voting for, are those politicians that have some level of management skills, experience, intelligence.

A faithful and effective politician should have a track record of trustworthiness and reliability. He must capture the essence of truth and not to be found to say one thing and do another. He must display sincerity, candor and be seen to practice what he preaches.

He is a person that makes decisions and accepts responsibility for his actions and his words. The same is true in his dealing with his people. He makes promises and keeps those promises.

Another important quality of a good politician is integrity and technical skills to handle those challenging assignments, policies, plans, projects, ideas and initiation of solutions to problems.

A good politician firmly believes in taking care and maintaining the community of his people. He believes that community service is about giving back.

So, as the politicians will be coming to canvass for your vote, ask them to show you any of their community service initiative that they have involved in. Dear voters, be wise, we cannot afford to lose another four(4) years.—-OSSAI ILOME
