Hrm Nneoma Ocho Adandiigbo 2018/19 Pads up ‘Girl-child’ in Nigeria

Hrm Nneoma Ocho, Adandiigbo 2018/19 (most beautiful Igbo girl) and her state queens have embarked on a Pad the Girl Child Project with indigenous sponsors and a call for more sponsors to expand the scope of her project.

The project would see her travelling to several south eastern and south south communities where she is expected to give lectures and distribute sanitary pads to the girls in these communities.

Her assertion that the girl child deserves better in these trying times is aimed at giving them hope and leaving them with her token.

The exercise kicked off from Egbema community where she was received by the king of Egbema  community Hrh Eze Sylvester Okwordu and his royal assemblage while the first school to benefit was Umudike Comprehensive Secondary School, with theme “Girls are Pearls.”

Egbema is expected to cover communities of the sponsors of the project sponsors across Igboland .

The  AdandiIgbo is  expected to take its next trip to Ogbarhu  community in Anambra state where the students of  secondary schools are expected to benefit from the exercise as well.

Hrm Nneoma is calling on public spirited individuals to join the sponsors and ensure their communities come under the radar of these visitations.

Top amongst sponsors so far that have worked to see this project come to light are Barrister Chuks  Otikpo, Steven Arukwe, Sam Okoli, Nze Buchi, Godspower Ubani, Ijeoma Etozie, Chizoba Etozie Nifex sanitary pad industries and BT resources.
