Hulala Confectionery (Bakery), maker of  tasty Butter & Coconut Bread based in Agege Lagos-Nigeria. The fast spreading bread factory have been in existence way before 2020. Known to understand healthy and yummy yummy, the factory have made a reputation for itself in bakery.

Coconut bread is native to the northern part of Guatemala: Izabal. This is a recipe that uses both coconut milk and shredded coconut. Located in the Atlantic coast, Izabal with its Caribbean flair and Garifuna culture offer many types of dishes with African-Caribbean background.

Coconut flour does have a mild, sweet taste that is fairly distinct. If you’re not crazy about the taste of coconut it may take a little adjusting to get used to. That being said you can mask the flavour fairly well if you use it alongside other strong flavours or spices like: cacao, coffee, bananas, etc.

Butter bread is a wheat bread enriched by added quantities of butter in the recipe. Recipes for basic breads, sometimes known as lean breads, include flour, yeast, salt, and water. Enriched doughs, however, add some type of fat, such as butter, eggs, and milk.

The Hulala Bakery have mastered these and created its own unique recopies. A man who prefers to be refered to as ALFA is the gentle brain behind these.
