Youth leaders across Ilaje LGA have assured the governorship Candidate of People’s Democratic Party (PDP) Eyitayo Jegede SAN and his running mate, Hon. Gboluga Ikengboju of their preparedness to deliver massive votes at the polls.
The youth group which compasses representatives of the Ilaje patriotic forum (GWAMA), Community youth leaders/ Youth Activist and PDP Ward Youth Leaders informed Hon. Gboluga in a meeting on Thursday, 3rd September, 2020 announced their decision to stand by the PDP being the most viable alternative that is ready to harken to the yearnings of the Ilaje people.
While addressing them, the incoming Deputy Governor Hon. Gboluga reiterated the need to keep partnership in progress as brothers and harness their collective strength to produce a responsible government.
Appreciating them for their resoluteness and compassionate disposition toward taking active roles in the quest to transform Ondo state, Gboluga explained that his principal Jegede is committed to wiping the tears of the people through good governance.
Also at the meeting were: Barr. Olu Mafo, former Commisoner and PDP Deputy Governorship Candidate; Elder Amos Fadope, Ondo South PDP Chairman; Pastor Omotehinse, Ilaje PDP Chairman and others.
