About Impact Mission Initiative (IMI)
Impact Mission Initiative (IMI) is a non governmental organization with the sole aim of reaching out to youths in the society and affecting their lives positively through sensitization and empowerment programmes, workshops, seminars, conferences and symposium.

IMI NGO shares the same  ideology with the Great Andrew Wesley that “we should do all the  good we can, by all the means we can, in all the ways we can, to all the people we can, in all the places we can, at all the time we can, as long as ever we can.” The organization has been touching lives positively by the grace of God and wishes to do more.

Statistics has shown that 60% of Nigeria’s population is made up of the youths and we have over 180 million people”.  From the statistics, any country that is keen about sustainable development; will have solid plans for these youths who are supposed to take over from the elderly when they retire. This is not the case in the country called Nigeria which God has blessed with enough natural resources that if well harnessed, can provide for its citizenry and even the unborn generation.  We have seen how the youths in the country have become political thugs and tools in the hands of the politicians. The future seems dark because the elites in the society have mortgaged  the future of the youths instead of instilling in them good virtues and grooming them to succeed them. The big question is, can a youth who is used as a political thug, kidnaper, fraudster, assassin, etc take over as the next president of this country? That is how far, the damage has been done to  the youths. The lecture and panel discussion sessions will do justice to these and many more especially as the next general election draws near.

This is the time for the youths to take their destiny in their own hands in order not to live in the dream land for eternity. The reality is telling on us, the promise passed to us by our elders still remains a mirage; “The youths being the future leaders”.

The high point of this auspicious event will be Award of excellence for distinguished personalities, who have created a niche for themselves in different sectors of our economy. The Yabatech venue of the much anticipated event and it’s environs will be “on a standstill”  playing host to the Crème de la Crème of the country, a good number of which would be drawn from the Academic, Government, Business, Entertainment, Security, Media and Corporate sectors.
