No.1 noodle brand in Nigeria, Indomie, have taken to social, denying and warning people not to partake in any competition claiming to make one an Indomie Ambassador.
The statement which came through an Indomie Campus Ambassador states –
So, there has been a message going around about a pageant for the Nigerian Private University Awards.
According to the message, contestants pay a sum of N2000 and if they win, they get to be Indomie Campus Ambassadors.
Please note that Indomie is not collaborating with any groups or persons or company on any beauty pageant. We did not send any broadcast asking anyone to pay money before you can be Indomie Campus Ambassador, it is not from Indomie and can never be. Kindly ignore such message and tell your friends to ignore as well. Let’s all arise and condemn this action. Thank you.
