June 12th: President Buhari’s Speech that left everyone speechless
June 12th happened to be a good day of celebration for Nigeria, most especially for the Yoruba tribe as it does not only means the day for celebration of Democracy which was thought to have been fought for by the past leader, M.K . Abiola . It also symbolises the day for celebration of Democracy and freedom for the people of Nigeria .
While other June 12th might have been the day to celebrate and be happy over democracy, June 12th 2021 is definitely not in the calendar of Nigeria celebrating any form of Democracy as Nigerians both young and old were on the street of their various states protesting for the resignation of the incumbent President .
While the protest was goin on, President Muhammadu Buhari gave a pre-recorded speech which again left everyone include myself speechless
While not only watcher of the station were shocked and could not understand what the President was saying… The presenter also seems shocked beyond hiding it .
