The appointment by President Muhammadu Buhari of Chief Akogun Iyiola Oyedepo; Engr. Sha’aba Umar Abubakar (Wakilin Lafiagi); Hon. Ayo Obisesan and other Kwarans into various Federal Institutions of Higher Learning, couldn’t have come at a better time.
The appointment is symbolic and soul-lifting. It enlivens the spirits of the entire loyal APC members in Kwara State.
The appointment also strengthen the audacity of our hope that a rejected stone can form the strong pillar of a House. Our gratitude knows no bounds to Mr. President because his gesture has brought succour to loyal APC family at a time when some political amateurs are inadvertently circumventing themselves in blind pursuit of inordinate ambition, in deviance to every logic and reasoning in political calculations.
The appointees are deserving of the privilege they were offered to serve their fatherland, in recognition of the invaluable contributions they made to the establishment of the constitutional government in Kwara State.
The Integrity Group therefore, commended the Hon. Minister of Communication and Culture, Alh. Lai Mohammed for his leadership role and urges him not to rest on his oars until greatest happiness is achieved for the greatest number amongst the O To Gee foot soldiers.
Adding that justice must be seen to have been done to all and sundry who toiled and laboured for the APC landslide victory at 2019 polls. In conclusion, the group counsels the new appointees to be good Ambassador of Kwara State in their respective designations and wishes them successful tenure.
