The operation which took effect on Thursday, 15th March, 2018 on all Secondary schools (Junior and Senior), is aimed at controlling the rate at which secondary school student roam about during school hours.

In a statement gotten from one of the teachers who plead anonymity with Gbetu Tv during an emergency Parent-Teacher meeting, any student who is found outside the school premises from 9am to 3pm would be arrested by the Police, except in cases of special privileges which must be accompanied with note by the school principal.
Also, for safety reason, parent have been restricted from coming close to secondary school unless being invited by the school teacher or principal or during PTA and Open Day, which are compolsory days of visitation.
