The survivors of the accident, Salahudeen Yunusa Opeyemi, Yusuff Owolabi Abiola and Akinloye Timilehin are currently receiving medical attention at the University Teaching Hospital.
Their death is indeed a colossal loss to their friends and families and to the University community at large and they will be greatly missed.
LAUTECH STUDENTS’ UNION EXECUTIVE CARETAKER COMMITTEE therefore sends its condolence greeting to their respective families and friends and we pray God Almighty forgive them of their sins and grant their families the fortitude to bear the irreplaceable loss.
We pray to God Almighty to avert such incident in the future.
