Dear Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq,

Kwarans are aware there was an administration before you, you don’t have to keep putting it on our faces by making reference to what was, wasn’t or should have been done by your predecessor.

Kwarans knew the state of things before your emergence as governor. They, therefore, expect  you to fix things and not to complain or give excuses. They believe in you and that’s why you are on that seat of authority today. You must therefore, strive not to let down them or betray confidence reposed in you.

The time for politicking is gone. Now is the time for governance, real governance. Kwarans expectations of you are enormous than for you to keep sounding political in your talks and actions.

I believe governance is continuum, and it will be appreciated if you can treat it as such, but if not, at least see it as a relay race.

You now have the baton your Excellency, please carry on the race and lead us to victory.
